CAPTION: Shobha has taken up a job as a sweeper at Vijaya Bank in order to help support her two brothers, Siddaraju and Shivaraju, who both have severe learning disabilities. Through the Chamkol programme, families like hers are able to get support in devising Individual Livelihood Plans to build pathways out of poverty.
