They have to target customers with stable incomes, as the price is a little bit higher than other places in order to cover transportation costs. “Our customers appreciate the quality of our products”, she points out, “so it works out. We want to continue to help farmers make good quality products, so that the people of Hanoi can have access to high quality produce while supporting local producers”.
