CAPTION: Sahiya Anupma Soren takes a monthly session with the 15-19-year olds. The discussion covers delaying the age of marriage, antenatal care, where the ARSH clinic is and what it does, the methods of family planning that the facility can help with, and what their respective pros and cons are. The Government requires these sessions to be conducted monthly. Sahiyas are given an incentive of ₹ 75 per session they lead. The girls are asked to come on a regular basis, as the knowledge imparted builds over time.
