CAPTION: Before Typhoon Ondoy, Hilda Ochoa had a successful small business selling spring rolls. Tragically, when the floods came, they washed away all of her assets. She tried to re-start her business, but with little equipment, no insurance and limited savings, she wasn't able to realise its full potential once more.
